Join us for a conversation with Dr. Eghosa Obaizamomwan-Hamilton about her newly published book, Articulations, A Radical Methodology for Black Pedagogy: Redefining Education through Black Women's Hair Experiences. Conversation will be followed up by a Q&A. Snacks provided. The event will then be concluded with a raffle for signed copies of her book!

Nia highlights initial findings from studies conducted over the past year, along with ongoing work that extends this into more complex and multimodal analyses of team interaction. Rather than focusing only on performance, this work centers the processes through which teams function, with the goal of better understanding belonging, creativity, and collective decision making in hybrid human–AI systems and how it may be shaped through design.
